How do we do it?
First you complete the online retainer agreement (from one of the "Sign Up" links on this page).
If you don't already have your credit reports, we ask that you order them right away and send the original reports to us as soon as you receive them in the mail. Or if you prefer we will order your credit reports for you. This will be arranged during your initial consultation.
As soon as we receive copies of your reports, we begin the challenge/verification process by writing letters in your name. These letters are written in such a way that it encourages the bureaus to begin their investigations.
