Client Testimonials
There was no way I had the time or knowledge to fix my credit myself. Legacy Legal did exactly what they said they would do. Thanks for the service & money well spent.

Q & A - Questions and Answers
Receiving Your Credit Report
About forty-five days after Legacy Legal Services files a challenge with one of the credit bureaus, you will receive a new, updated report, delivered to your home through the mail. This will prove to be the most valuable correspondence you will receive from the credit bureaus. The report will contain the results of our efforts and you will see the deletions and results of our challenges first hand.
Unfortunately, sometimes the credit bureau system fails and they may neglect to conduct an investigation or forget to mail the corrected report to you. Sometimes the system breaks down at the client's end, and they set the correspondence from the credit bureau aside, thinking, "I'll wait until I accumulate more mail from the credit bureau and mail it to Legacy Legal Services all at once so I don't waste my time." The result of either of these possibilities is that the casework slows and the cycle is broken.
We urge you to keep your case moving forward by making certain that credit reports from each of the credit bureaus arrive at your door every ninety days. If, for some reason, you do not receive these updated reports from the bureau, be sure to call us for assistance.
