How do I get updates on Legacy's work?
You can log-on to our Online Client Access page and check the status of your case 24/7. You are also free to call or email our Customer Service Reps to inquire about updates. Another way to know if progress has been made is to look in your mail for correspondence from the bureaus. Every time a change has been made to your credit report, the bureaus will send an updated copy directly to your mailing address. Just remember to forward the updated reports to us so we will know how to best proceed with your case.
