Do you need updated credit reports?
Our ability to help you delete questionable negative items is dependent on having up to date credit reports. Legacy Legal relies on you to mail us any correspondence you receive from the credit bureaus as soon as you get it. This is how we keep your case moving along and acquire the best results for you.
Past experience has taught us that when the progress of a case slows and we investigate why, it is usually because we have not received the credit bureaus correspondence (or responses) mailed to our clients. It is a common mistake for a client to accumulate the communications and corrected credit reports from the bureaus and intend to mail them to Legacy Legal all at once. This actually slows the process considerably. So please mail any correspondence to us as soon as it reaches you.
We would also respectfully request you mail the items you receive at your business or home. Credit reports are often printed on both sides and are difficult to read if faxed. We would like to thank you in advance for making the extra effort it takes to mail these important communications to us.
